Dizal to present clinical data on three blood disease drugs at ASH 2026

Dizal will present eight clinical studies from its hematological disease portfolio at the 68th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting, including three oral presentations. The company will highlight clinical data for golidocitinib, birelentinib and GW5282 across lymphoma and hematologic immune diseases.
- Dizal will deliver three oral and five poster presentations at ASH 2026.
- Golidocitinib monotherapy data in adult secondary HLH will be featured orally.
- Birelentinib will be presented as a single agent and with venetoclax in CLL/SLL.
- GW5282 relapsed or refractory NHL data will be presented for the first time.
Golidocitinib data will cover HLH and T-cell lymphomas
An oral presentation will report interim efficacy and safety results from the JACKPOT11 prospective single-arm trial of golidocitinib monotherapy in adults with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, or HLH. According to Dizal, the updated results show high and durable response rates with a manageable safety profile.
Golidocitinib is a Janus kinase 1, or JAK1, inhibitor approved by China's National Medical Products Administration in June 2024 for adults with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, or r/r PTCL. Dizal said new first-line data for golidocitinib combined with CHOP showed promising antitumor activity and a manageable safety profile.
Poster presentations will also cover the drug in relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and mycosis fungoides. Another study will report preliminary results from golidocitinib combined with PD-1 blockade, gemcitabine and pegaspargase for newly diagnosed and high-risk advanced extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma.
Birelentinib studies target first-line CLL and SLL
Two oral presentations will examine birelentinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma, or CLL/SLL. One study evaluates birelentinib as a single agent in treatment-naïve and relapsed or refractory patients. The other evaluates the drug in combination with venetoclax in treatment-naïve patients.
Dizal describes birelentinib as a dual inhibitor of Lyn and BTK, designed to inhibit both BTK-dependent and BTK-independent B-cell receptor signaling pathways. The company said monotherapy has produced robust antitumor activity, durable responses and favorable tolerability in treatment-naïve and heavily pre-treated CLL/SLL patients.
The combination study showed encouraging efficacy and a well-tolerated safety profile regardless of high-risk genetic features, according to Dizal. A global, randomized Phase 3 study is ongoing to compare birelentinib with investigator's choice of treatment in relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL.
GW5282 makes its first clinical appearance at the meeting
Clinical data for GW5282 in relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma will be presented for the first time. The drug is a next-generation EZH1/2 dual inhibitor designed to inhibit EZH1 and EZH2 with equal potency, which Dizal says may prevent tumor escape caused by compensatory EZH1 activation.
A poster presentation will report results from the BEI-DOU1 Phase I/II study in refractory or relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Dizal said emerging data show an encouraging safety profile and clinical efficacy across multiple non-Hodgkin lymphoma subtypes. The company also reported high oral bioavailability, a longer half-life, a reasonable daily dose and improved bone marrow safety in preclinical drug properties.
The oral presentations are scheduled for December 12 and 13, 2026. Poster sessions will take place on December 12, 13 and 14. The presentations give investors and clinicians data from several stages of Dizal's development portfolio, while the company continues a Phase 3 study of birelentinib and further development of golidocitinib in hematologic diseases.
