TEKLYNX 2026 adds GS1 and RAIN RFID compliance

TEKLYNX International has unveiled the TEKLYNX 2026 solutions, which improve label design, compliance, print automation and label security. The package also lays the groundwork for integrating AI models into labeling operations.
- TEKLYNX 2026 supports the current General GS1 Specifications.
- New RAIN RFID templates support GS1 EPC and ISO AFI encoding.
- The software can connect to AI models through MCP servers.
- The update supports remote printing and REST API integration.
- Reprinting of certain templates can be disabled to prevent duplicate labels.
GS1 and RAIN RFID support
TEKLYNX International unveiled the TEKLYNX 2026 solution package on November 3, 2026, in Auch, France. According to the company, the products help businesses organize their labeling processes more efficiently while simplifying label design and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The package includes LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, CODESOFT, SENTINEL and LABEL ARCHIVE. The label design software provides user interfaces for creating labels, connecting various data sources, configuring forms that support efficient printing, and encoding RFID labels.
The 2026 version supports the current General GS1 Specifications, as well as Data Matrix Rectangular Extension, or DMRE, to comply with ISO/IEC standards. New RAIN RFID label templates have also been introduced, supporting GS1 EPC, including SGTIN-96 and SGTIN++, as well as ISO AFI, or BD-based encoding.
MCP connectivity and new forms
One of the new features in TEKLYNX 2026 is the ability to connect to MCP servers. According to the announcement, this enables AI models to perform labeling operations. The company presents it as the foundation for future artificial intelligence features.
Another new element is Power-Form, an application for creating forms used for data entry and label printing. The enhancements are designed to support label creation and the configuration of related workflows.
Remote printing and stronger label security
The SENTINEL and LABEL ARCHIVE enterprise software products automate label printing directly from enterprise systems. They also support the creation of digital, paperless label approval processes.
TEKLYNX 2026 introduces several changes to these solutions as well. Print jobs can be sent to devices located outside the network, and REST API integration has been improved. Users can prevent certain templates from being reprinted, which the company says helps avoid duplicate labels.
The system also allows a “Draft” watermark to appear on every printed proof label. This feature is intended to clearly indicate the status of labels.
The company cites customer feedback
“We developed the TEKLYNX 2026 solutions in response to our customers’ feedback and labeling needs,” said Thierry Mauger, CEO of TEKLYNX. He added: “We are committed to helping businesses comply with labeling regulations while adopting advanced software technology.”
According to TEKLYNX, more than 750,000 companies use its solutions in more than 170 countries. The company cites more than 30 years of experience in the field. Further information about TEKLYNX 2026 is available on the company’s website.
