WRITER’s AI agent platform earned nine G2 badges in the 2026 Fall Report. The recognitions came in two categories, AI Agent Builders and Conversational Interface Agents, and assessed user satisfaction, implementation speed and return on investment.

Key points
  • WRITER earned nine G2 badges in the 2026 Fall Report.
  • The platform was named a Leader in the AI Agent Builders category.
  • Three recognitions rewarded setup and implementation speed.
  • WRITER also received Best Estimated ROI and Users Love Us badges.
  • Users highlighted brand voice, accuracy and controllable workflows.

Ranked based on real user reviews

G2 awards its badges based on reviews from verified, real users. Each recognition draws on feedback collected over a three-month period, with more recent reviews given greater weight before the results are compared with other products in the same category.

According to WRITER, the nine badges cover several criteria, from leadership and customer satisfaction to rapid implementation and expected return on investment. The company emphasized that G2 ratings reflect how products are used in practice, rather than their marketing materials.

Named a Leader among AI agent builders

WRITER was named a Leader in G2’s AI Agent Builders category. This designation is given to products that combine high customer satisfaction with a significant market presence.

According to WRITER, enterprise teams can create workflows using natural language, while IT departments can oversee them with enterprise-grade controls. One enterprise reviewer highlighted the speed of creating workflows and the ability to add connectors. Another user said the platform is easy to use and that its AI tools produce usable output almost every time.

Recognized for implementation speed and ROI

In the Conversational Interface Agents category, WRITER received three implementation-related badges: Easiest Setup, Fastest Implementation and Most Implementable. The first recognizes the highest setup rating, the second the shortest time to go live, and the third the highest overall implementation rating.

The platform also received the Best Estimated ROI badge in the same category. G2 awards this recognition based on the combination of the time required to achieve the expected return and the time to go live. WRITER said this could signal a short path from implementation to value for enterprise buyers.

The company’s other recognitions include the High Performer badge in the Conversational Interface Agents category, as well as the Users Love Us designation. The latter requires at least 20 reviews and an average rating of at least 4.0 stars.

Users highlighted brand voice and control

Brand voice and consistency were recurring themes in enterprise reviews posted on G2. One reviewer highlighted the ability to create and share distinct voices, particularly when managing communications for multiple executives. Another said the customizable Styleguides and Voices features were important.

The reviews also addressed accuracy and workflow control. A Canadian enterprise user described WRITER as more accurate, with fewer hallucinations and smoother, less repetitive writing. Other feedback said structured playbook steps allow teams to return to any point and verify the output.

User reports also indicated that the platform supports iteration and collaboration. One reviewer said working with WRITER was like working with a colleague: users can entrust the system with ideas, and it can respond to, develop or challenge them. The company said the feedback shows that, alongside AI tools, businesses also value brand standards, oversight and confidence in their processes.
