Zywave expands Apex AI tools and insurance distribution connections

Zywave has expanded its Fall 2026 Launch with new AI-enabled prospecting and loss data tools, deeper connections across its insurance software, and added carrier analytics. The updates are designed to help producers find prospects, agencies prepare renewals, and carriers monitor distribution performance.
- Producer Agent is now available in Zywave Apex™ MCP.
- The Loss Data connector gives AI tools access to Zywave commercial loss data.
- Partner Platform now connects with Advisor Agent for personal lines quoting.
- MGA Hub adds a dashboard for carrier quoting and agency analytics.
- Zywave expanded carrier connectivity across benefits, home, auto and commercial lines.
Prospecting and loss data move into Apex MCP
The full Producer Agent prospecting workflow is now available in Zywave Apex™ MCP. The workflow covers the process from identifying an ideal customer profile to booking a meeting, and can be used through Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible AI tools.
According to Zywave, producers can spend less time on research and outreach while retaining final approval for every email. The company’s Loss Data connector also makes its commercial loss data available through leading AI tools connected to Zywave Apex MCP.
Users can ask for a loss profile on a company or similar companies, based on Zywave’s verified record of reported loss events, or request the case-level details behind the profile. Zywave says the connector requires no custom integration or additional steps.
For carriers, the tool extends the value of Loss Insight beyond data science teams. Underwriters can ask an AI assistant for answers grounded in Zywave’s loss data. Brokers can use the same capability to prepare for renewal and prospect meetings.
Connected systems aim to make renewals more ready
Zywave’s Partner Platform now connects to Advisor Agent, bringing driver and vehicle data into personal lines quoting. The company says this allows renewals to start with policy data already in place and lets advisors enter meetings with quotes already run.
Agency Matrix accounts and policy information now flow into Zywave’s core account management system. That information can then support marketing and content applications, Producer Agent and Advisor Agent. Zywave describes the model as data entered once unlocking more value across its suite.
The company also expanded carrier connectivity. The additions include two carriers across 47 states in benefits quoting, 19 carriers across home and auto in 18 states through TurboRater and the Personal Lines Quoting API, and one carrier in commercial lines on MGA Hub.
MGA Hub adds carrier visibility
A new Carrier Analytics Dashboard in MGA Hub combines quoting activity, agency performance, and class and state breakdowns. The dashboard is intended to give carriers live visibility into their MGA distribution networks.
Zywave also said Content Cloud added hundreds of new assets in the third quarter. The additions include material for benefits open enrollment and health care cost content, a cyber awareness infographic series, and guidance on new California workplace laws.
“Our mission at Zywave is to connect the entire insurance marketplace, so that carriers and brokers can transact more effectively and efficiently,” Eric Rentsch, Zywave’s Chief Product Officer and Head of Emerging Markets, said in the announcement. “This Fall Launch delivers on that promise of continued innovation: from the first prospecting conversation to the renewal, and from the agency to the carrier, every connection we add makes the rest more valuable.”
Zywave product experts will present the full Fall 2026 Launch in a webinar on November 11 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Zywave says its Apex™ AI platform supports carriers, brokers and agents, as part of an ecosystem of 15,000 customers and partners.
