Asper.ai acquires Pricing One assets to expand agentic RGM platform

Asper.ai has acquired key talent and assets from Geneva-based revenue growth management firm Pricing One, combining its agentic AI platform with Pricing One's commercial expertise and execution plans. The deal is designed to strengthen Asper's support for consumer packaged goods companies and expand its presence in Europe.
- Asper.ai acquired key talent and assets from Pricing One.
- Pricing One's 650+ execution plans will be codified into Asper's agentic layer.
- The Pricing One team in Geneva, Dubai and Singapore joins Asper immediately.
- Asper's platform supports decisions covering more than $60 billion in revenue.
- The deal expands Asper's practitioner network across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Pricing expertise will be built into Asper's AI
Pricing One's analytics engine, including its Consumer Willingness to Pay and Pricing Power Drivers capabilities, will be codified into Asper's agentic layer. The company said this will give its AI agents access to commercial methodologies and practitioner judgment for complex decisions involving pricing, promotions and trade investment.
The integration also brings Pricing One's library of 650+ proven commercial execution plans into the platform. Pricing One was founded in Geneva in 2020 by veteran P&G revenue-management leaders and has developed the proprietary Triple Win RGM™ methodology, a delivery library spanning 30+ markets, and a capability-building academy.
Asper said the combination is intended to give customers one partner covering strategy and execution. It will also provide practitioner-led engagements and the RGM Academy, helping customer teams develop revenue growth management capabilities.
The deal expands Asper's European delivery network
The Pricing One team across Geneva, Dubai and Singapore joins Asper with immediate effect. It will operate as Asper's global practitioner delivery and enablement arm, serving customers worldwide and supporting Asper's locally delivered, GDPR-aligned presence in Europe.
Asper said the expanded network will offer local market knowledge and global expertise across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The company described the acquisition as a way to deepen its ability to support customers in different markets while adding experienced practitioners to its technology business.
Asper, a Fractal company, said its platform currently supports pricing, promotion and trade investment decisions covering more than $60 billion in revenue for consumer goods companies across five geographies. Over the last 12 months, it has worked with 20+ consumer goods companies and formed technology and ecosystem partnerships with Microsoft, SAP and Databricks.
Asper targets wider adoption of agentic RGM
Asper said the combined capabilities could help consumer packaged goods companies unlock the potential for 6-8% incremental top- and bottom-line growth. That figure is presented as the potential of the offering, rather than a reported result from the acquisition.
Mohit Agarwal, Asper.ai's co-founder and CEO, said, "The winners in RGM will be those who combine deep commercial expertise with powerful technology." He added that Asper's ambition is to make agentic RGM the operating standard for the industry and power growth decisions for 100+ of the world's leading consumer goods companies.
For customers, the announcement points to a platform that combines AI-supported commercial decisions with human practitioners and reusable RGM frameworks. For the market, it reflects Asper's strategy of embedding domain expertise directly into its agentic software while using Pricing One's team to extend delivery across regions. The companies did not disclose financial terms for the acquisition.
