Marker will retain its identity and leadership

Marker will continue to operate separately under Helena Maus's leadership. Archetype, Nectar, Outcast and Delve will retain their distinct identities, leadership teams, cultures and client focus.

AVENIR GLOBAL said day-to-day operations will continue as usual, with clients continuing to work with their existing agency teams. Each of Marker's three communications agencies will maintain its own expertise and client relationships while benefiting from shared resources and technology.

For AVENIR GLOBAL, the transaction expands its international presence and strengthens its position in technology communications during its 50th anniversary year. For Marker, it provides a long-term owner while preserving the agencies' separate operations and creating access to resources across the wider group.
