Awards recognize AI and partner performance
The Microsoft Advertising Partner Awards recognize achievements, innovation and client impact across the company's partner network. The North American awards considered work completed between July 2025 and July 2026, focusing on how agencies use technology, data and Microsoft advertising solutions to improve marketing performance.
CAMP Digital received the 2026 Microsoft Advertising Partner Award for Performance AI Innovation. It also received Microsoft's Channel Partner of the Year award, which Microsoft Advertising presents internally to a partner that has shown broad excellence in collaboration, feature adoption and growth based on performance across other award categories.
According to CAMP Digital founder and CEO Katie Donovan, the recognition reflects how the agency applies technology to business problems. “AI is changing what's possible in digital advertising, but technology alone doesn't deliver results,” Donovan said in the PR Newswire announcement. “What matters is how you use it to solve real business challenges.”
Connecting advertising with service capacity
CAMP Digital works with companies in the home services industry, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related trades. Its award-winning approach combines AI-powered advertising, proprietary technology and real-time business intelligence.
The agency says it does not optimize campaigns solely around clicks or lead volume. Instead, its proprietary software connects advertising performance with actual business outcomes and aligns marketing spend with real-time service capacity.
According to CAMP Digital, that approach is intended to help home service companies reduce wasted ad spend, maximize technician utilization and generate stronger returns on their advertising investments. Donovan said the company's work with Microsoft helps home service companies “make smarter marketing decisions, get more from every advertising dollar and grow more efficiently.”
Part of a growing record of recognition
The Microsoft awards add to CAMP Digital's recent industry recognition. The company lists a 2026 MarCom Platinum Award for AI-Powered Demand & Capacity Optimization and a 2026 MarCom Gold Award for SEO.
CAMP Digital was also named a 2026 Search Engine Land Awards finalist in the Best Local Search Marketing Initiative category for its PPC work, “Matching Local Demand to Real-Time Capacity: How Bonfe Achieved 8.9X ROAS.” In 2025, it won the Search Engine Land Award for Best Use of AI Technology in Search Marketing for “15x ROAS with AI: How CAMP Digital Redefined Paid Search for Home Services.”
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Edina, Minnesota, CAMP Digital says it is a Google Premier Partner and Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner. The awards position its capacity-focused software and advertising services as the main way it says it helps contractors connect marketing spending with operational demand. For users in the home services sector, the announcement signals a strategy centered on business outcomes and technician utilization, rather than campaign metrics alone.
