MegazoneSoft wins two Google Cloud Advanced Competencies at once

What the recognition covers

Google Cloud's competency framework has two levels: Competency and Advanced Competency. According to the announcement, both levels are judged by the same criteria, but Advanced Competency requires partners to meet higher thresholds for proven performance, technical expertise and demonstrated customer success.

The Gemini Enterprise Advanced Competency recognizes MegazoneSoft's expertise in implementing and operating solutions built on Gemini Enterprise, which the company describes as Google's enterprise agentic AI platform. The use cases named include enterprise information search and analysis, workflow automation, collaboration and decision-making.

The Artificial Intelligence Advanced Competency, in turn, validates the company's expertise in designing, building and deploying AI solutions in real customer environments with a range of Google Cloud generative AI technologies.

In September, MegazoneSoft also earned the Manufacturing & Industrial Advanced Competency. That award goes to partners that show expertise in helping customers use Google Cloud to improve manufacturing and industrial operations, optimize processes and raise production efficiency.

How MegazoneSoft got there

The company says it was recognized for building a systematic operational framework to meet Google Cloud's requirements. This included expanding its specialized engineering and consulting teams and running a dedicated organization focused on enterprise generative AI solutions built around Gemini Enterprise.

MegazoneSoft is a Google Cloud Premier Partner. It states that it has completed more enterprise Google Workspace implementation projects than any other Google partner in Korea. Recent projects include a unified Google Workspace-based work environment across 21 domestic and overseas affiliates of Nongshim Group, and a Google Workspace-based environment for C&C International. It also offers consulting and training programs for employees of its enterprise customers.

Plans for AI transformation services

MegazoneSoft says it wants to help enterprises integrate AI agents into their business operations quickly and systematically by connecting existing work environments, data and legacy systems. It plans to compete in the enterprise AI transformation (AX) market with integrated support across the whole journey, from strategic planning and implementation to change management and ongoing operations.

Geon Jin, CEO of MegazoneSoft, said the company will "further strengthen our end-to-end AX services, from consulting on the adoption of generative AI and AI agents to implementation and change management." He added that it will expand industry-specific AI solutions in sectors including financial services, manufacturing and retail. To support customers, the company plans to grow its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) organization and improve its on-site, hands-on support.
