- Ray Soudah is joining Ittikar's strategic advisory board.

- The two companies will begin joint transaction work in Europe and the Middle East.
- Ittikar's platform uses artificial intelligence and human investment oversight.
Twenty-five years of experience joins Ittikar's network
The partnership was announced on November 3 from Zurich and Abu Dhabi. Founded in Zurich in 2000, Millenium Associates AG is an independent M&A and corporate finance advisory firm. As part of the agreement, the company is bringing a quarter-century of transaction experience and an established advisory network in Europe's private banking, wealth management and asset management sectors to Ittikar's membership.
According to Ittikar, the network has more than 100 founding members and 500 family offices across Europe, Switzerland, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. Millenium Associates' transaction team will be able to review deals alongside Ittikar's investment team before they are shared within the network.
Direct connections between family offices and entrepreneurs
Ittikar presents itself as a private equity network where family offices and entrepreneurs can directly assess deals, invest and raise capital. The platform connects the parties through its Capital DNA matching system and does not broadcast deals publicly to the entire market.
The company says the platform is powered by artificial intelligence, while its operations are supported by an investment team providing human oversight. According to the announcement, reviewing each transaction improves the platform's performance for members. With Millenium Associates joining, the work will also draw on the firm's 25 years of M&A and corporate finance advisory experience.
Partnership begins immediately
Ray Soudah said several platforms had approached Millenium Associates during the year, but the firm chose Ittikar because the professionals behind the platform had worked in the same professional environment for 25 years and the system is built around investors' needs. Soudah said: “Analysis is increasingly becoming a commodity, but networks and judgment are not, and Ittikar's innovation offers both.”
Hussam Otaibi, founder of Ittikar and Mondevo Group, said he wanted to see Soudah's transaction judgment alongside the platform's agents. In his view, technology alone does not provide an advantage. The advantage comes from the professionals who have been doing this work for 25 years and now apply their experience together with technology.
The partnership takes effect immediately. In the coming months, Millenium Associates will gradually introduce Ittikar to its clients and network, while the two companies will begin joint transaction work in Europe and the Middle East. Ittikar has been operating since March 2026 and is part of Mondevo Group. The announcement also cautions that private-market investments carry a risk of capital loss, while AI-generated results may contain errors or omissions.
