A total of 402 companies from 17 countries are taking part in the ROBOTWORLD 2026 robotics exhibition at KINTEX near Seoul. Held from November 4 to 7, the event focuses on physical artificial intelligence and AI-powered manufacturing.

Key points
  • ROBOTWORLD 2026 features 402 companies from 17 countries.
  • The exhibition showcases physical AI and AI-powered manufacturing across 1198 stands.
  • The conference will hold 36 sessions across three themes on November 4 and 5.
  • The event includes humanoid, food industry and healthcare robotics pavilions.
  • Procurement and export meetings will take place from November 4 to 6, followed by an investment programme on November 6.

Industrial robots and physical artificial intelligence

At ROBOTWORLD 2026, 402 companies are showcasing their developments across 1198 stands. The event examines how systems based on physical artificial intelligence and intended for industrial use are being developed, along with AI-powered manufacturing solutions.

International exhibitors include Taiwan’s Advantech, Japan’s FANUC, and China’s Booster Robotics, PAXINI and Unitree. Ten technology companies from Canada are taking part in the exhibition and conference, while companies from India and Bangladesh are exhibiting at ROBOTWORLD for the first time.

Among the Korean companies, Rainbow Robotics is presenting the RBY mobile humanoid robot and the RBQ quadruped robot family. Alongside its Physical Skill Foundation, or PSF, technology, Neuromeka is exhibiting the EIR humanoid robot and the NAMI mobile humanoid platform. The company says PSF supports tasks involving unknown objects and changing work environments.

Samhyun is showcasing its AXLON actuator series, designed for moving robot arms, torque control and linear motion. The company is also exhibiting the BOLDUM autonomous delivery robot, which is intended for industrial material handling and can carry a maximum load of 3 tonnes.

Conference with 36 sessions and three themes

The International Robot Business Conference 2026 will discuss industrial applications across 36 sessions on November 4 and 5. The programme is built around three themes: Manufacturing AX focuses on AI-powered transformation, Humanoid with Physical AI addresses robot intelligence, and Mobility examines mobility for use in industrial and service environments.

Representatives from Qualcomm and Advantech will give presentations in the Manufacturing AX section. One NVIDIA speaker will appear in the Humanoid with Physical AI theme. Qualcomm is also supporting the exhibition.

Alongside individual robots, the event will present AI-powered manufacturing systems that combine collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots, machine vision and manufacturing software. Exhibitors will demonstrate how data from processes and material flows can be used to operate robots and equipment.

Humanoid, food industry and healthcare pavilions

The new humanoid pavilion will feature complete robots, actuators, reducers, sensors, controllers and artificial intelligence software. The pavilion dedicated to food industry technologies will showcase cooking, serving and kitchen automation solutions.

The healthcare pavilion, which has operated in previous years, will present surgical, rehabilitation, wearable and care robots, as well as hospital logistics systems.

The exhibition comes against the backdrop of expanding robotisation. According to the International Federation of Robotics’ World Robotics 2026 report, 603 307 industrial robots were installed worldwide in 2025, 11 per cent more than in the previous year. Asia accounted for 76 per cent of new installations, with 457 315 units, representing year-on-year growth of 14 per cent. The report forecasts 655 000 industrial robots to be installed in 2026.

Business programmes from procurement to investment

ROBOTWORLD’s business programmes connect technology demonstrations with procurement, export and investment opportunities. Pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between suppliers and potential buyers will be held from November 4 to 6.

On November 5, a seminar on entering international markets will provide practical information about certification requirements in different countries. Global Scale-up Day on November 6 is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and startups operating in AI and robotics. The English-language programme will feature venture capital investors, accelerators, strategic investors and mergers and acquisitions specialists.

According to a ROBOTWORLD representative, the exhibition aims to showcase the capabilities of Korean robotics companies and opportunities for practical cooperation between Korean and international businesses through greater participation by global companies, as well as national and thematic pavilions.

The event is being held in Halls 3, 4 and 5 of Building 1 at the KINTEX Exhibition Center in Goyang. Information about exhibitors, conference sessions and business programmes is available at eng.robotworld.or.kr.
