Talogy has updated its InView Leadership solution to connect leadership assessment with development and introduce AI powered simulations for the first time. The talent management provider says the offering is designed to help organizations assess, select and develop leaders at every level.

Key points
  • Talogy updated its InView Leadership solution.
  • The framework examines identity, emotional intelligence and leadership qualities.
  • AI powered simulations use conversational AI, voice and interactive personas.
  • The offering connects assessment, development programs and coaching.
  • Talogy's webinar is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET.

A three layer view of leadership

Talogy describes InView Leadership as a comprehensive, evidence based framework that examines what leaders do, how they lead and why they lead. The approach is built around three integrated layers: identity, emotional intelligence and leadership qualities.

The identity layer looks at the values, motivations and beliefs behind leaders' priorities, decisions and broader approach. Emotional intelligence covers how leaders express their leadership, understand themselves, respond to others and perform under pressure. Leadership qualities focus on the behaviors required for modern leadership in response to the challenges leaders face.

According to Talogy, the framework takes an inside out approach to understanding the multidimensional leader. It is intended to address the competing demands of driving transformation and creating stability in a constantly evolving workplace.

Assessment and development in one framework

The InView methodology underpins psychometrics, assessments, development programs and coaching, creating what Talogy calls an integrated leadership ecosystem. The company says this structure can support leadership decisions from assessing potential through to ongoing development.

Dan Hughes, VP of Product Development at Talogy, said the framework establishes “a common language across leadership assessment, development and strategy.” He added that InView's “multi-faceted approach” is intended to help organizations assess potential consistently, accelerate development and equip empathetic, future ready leaders at every level.

Talogy positions the updated solution for organizations preparing leaders for a volatile, technology driven landscape and for those seeking to develop leadership capability from early career stages through senior leadership.

AI simulations bring leadership scenarios to life

The updated offering introduces realistic, AI powered simulations as a new way to explore leadership capability. Talogy says the feature is the first jointly developed exercise since its partnership with Symulate.

The simulations combine conversational AI, voice and interactive personas to create immersive leadership scenarios for real world development. Organizations can use the capability to gain deeper insight into leadership strengths, identify strengths to leverage and uncover continuing development opportunities.

Alan Bourne, CEO and Founder at Symulate, said the combination of Symulate's conversational AI and interactive personas with the InView framework delivers “highly realistic scenarios.” He described the simulations as a safe, immersive space for leaders to hone their skills, while giving organizations actionable insights into development opportunities.

Talogy will discuss how organizations can strengthen their leadership pipeline in a webinar for human resources and learning and development professionals on November 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET. The company also directs audiences to an introductory video about the InView Leadership Framework.
