- Jobber said Google AI Mode reaches more than 1 billion users per month globally.
A new route from search to booking
The integration is designed for home and commercial service businesses that want to reach customers using AI Mode to find local providers. Property owners can discover service businesses running on Jobber and move directly into a booking experience through AI Mode in Search.
Requests are automatically captured in Jobber, according to the company. Service pros can review and approve incoming requests before they are added to the schedule, while real-time notifications cover new requests and bookings.
Jobber described the integration as a way to turn AI-driven discovery into booked work while keeping customer relationships within the business's existing platform. The company said the setup requires no additional tools or channels to manage.
Google AI Mode brings large potential reach
Jobber said Google AI Mode reaches more than 1 billion users per month globally. It argued that the scale of AI-powered search is making AI a new distribution channel for local services as consumers increasingly use it to find businesses.
For service pros, the stated benefits include access to a new source of customer demand, control over incoming work and notifications intended to help businesses respond to new opportunities. The integration is available to eligible Jobber customers in the U.S.
“Every major shift in how customers discover businesses creates winners and losers,” Sam Pillar, Jobber's CEO and co-founder, said in the company's announcement. “The businesses that succeed will be the ones that make it easy for customers to find them, trust them, and choose them.”
Why the integration matters to service pros
The announcement places visibility in AI-powered search alongside the operational tools needed to handle demand. Instead of creating a separate workflow for requests generated through AI Mode, Jobber customers can receive those requests in the platform, where they can decide which work to accept and schedule.
Jobber said the integration is part of its broader effort to help home service businesses compete as customer behavior changes. The company described its platform as serving more than 100,000 businesses and 400,000 service pros in over 50 industries, including landscaping, plumbing, cleaning and contracting. Those businesses serve over 34 million properties in more than 70 countries, according to Jobber.
“If AI can help us get found and bring in more customers, why wouldn't we use it?” said Pablo Serano, owner of The Black Sheep Lawn. The integration gives eligible U.S. customers a way to participate in this search channel while retaining control of requests and bookings within Jobber.
