Synova Global is relying on the Eventus Validus platform for its new exchange infrastructure. As the first step in the partnership, Validus will launch with NativX's computing capacity market.

Key points
  • Synova Global will use the Validus platform for its new markets.
  • The first deployment will be on the NativX computing capacity market.
  • Validus will provide real-time trade surveillance tools.
  • NativX may also use the Frank AI solution in relevant cases.
  • Synova Global also licenses the Titan engine and Venue interface.

Partnership launches on NativX

Eventus and Synova Global announced their partnership on November 3, 2026. Synova Global is a newly launched company focused on exchange infrastructure offered as a service, using the Eventus Validus platform for the markets it creates.

The first deployment will take place on NativX. Described as a computing capacity market, NativX is Synova Global's first market. The platform is built on technology licensed by Synova Global, which said it is working to establish a common market benchmark for performance from different hardware generations and providers connected to artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Trade surveillance is the foundation of market confidence

Synova Global says trade surveillance will play a central role in creating stable and reliable markets. The company believes effective oversight protects market integrity, deters manipulation and bad-faith actors, and gives participants in NativX and future markets greater confidence.

Cole Crawford, founder and CEO of Synova Global, as well as founder and chairman of NativX, said computing capacity must be treated as transparent, manageable market infrastructure rather than as a fragmented and unpredictable operating cost if artificial intelligence is to advance. He added that as accelerated computing capacity becomes a standalone asset class, institutions and regulators must be confident that prices are fair and trades are monitored.

According to Crawford, Eventus will provide NativX traders with institutional-grade surveillance from launch, and the solution can scale as the market grows.

Real-time monitoring and AI-powered automation

Synova Global's markets will use Validus' real-time monitoring and advanced surveillance tools. The company expects NativX may also use the Frank AI solution when relevant use cases make it possible to further automate and improve surveillance operations.

Eventus integrated Frank AI into Validus last autumn. Last month, the solution won the Best AI Solution for Trade Surveillance award at the second annual AI in Capital Markets Awards, organized by A-Team Group.

According to Cameron Routh, CEO of Eventus, the company is now bringing its experience in new and emerging markets, including digital assets and prediction markets, to the new computing capacity market. Routh also highlighted the collaboration with Synova Global's exchange-as-a-service model as the company launches new markets.

What does this mean for NativX users?

Under the agreement, the Validus trade surveillance system will form part of NativX's trading infrastructure. This means real-time monitoring and advanced surveillance tools will be available when the market launches, while Frank AI could also be used in appropriate cases in the future.

Synova Global also licenses the Titan matching and clearing engine and the Venue interface. The company describes its offering as a complete trading and clearing technology suite that enables operators to launch compliance-ready, white-label, blockchain-based markets for different asset classes.
