Yealink brought 400 technology leaders, customers and distribution partners together in Munich for its Workplace Forward Summit, focusing on AI innovation, the future of work and trust. The event took place at BMW Welt on November 6, 2026, as the company marked 25 years of innovation.

Key points
  • Yealink hosted 400 workplace technology leaders and partners in Munich.
  • The summit focused on AI innovation, workplace efficiency and trust.
  • Yealink presented its One Coverage and One Experience approach.
  • Live demonstrations covered meeting rooms, AV, SIP phones, headsets and public spaces.
  • The company marked its 25th anniversary at the event.

A summit focused on AI and workplace change

Representatives from Microsoft, Qualcomm, AVIXA, Frost & Sullivan, CyberIntelligence and leading systems integrators attended the event, according to Yealink. The participants shared views on how artificial intelligence could influence workplace design, operation and collaboration.

Yealink used the summit theme, “Innovating for Trust,” to present its One-Stop approach. The company said it aims to provide AI-powered solutions across different workplace settings, with a unified and simple experience for design, management and service.

Yealink said AI agents could transform the full lifecycle of a room, from design and deployment to daily use and ongoing maintenance. By integrating AI across these stages, the company aims to simplify the construction, operation and upkeep of increasingly complex work environments.

Industry speakers connect efficiency, simplicity and trust

Roopam Jain of Frost & Sullivan said workplace priorities are shifting from occupancy toward work efficiency as a measure of performance. She also pointed to approximately 15% growth in room video devices during the first half of the year and identified smart spaces, scalable simplicity and trust as three factors shaping the future of workplaces.

Microsoft discussed the emerging work system, while Yealink presented its One-Stop solution and AI-focused strategy. Qualcomm described how embedded AI is moving cameras from simple capture toward understanding. These perspectives came together in the Innovation Forward panel, which examined how integrated platforms and devices could shape smart workplaces.

Trust was addressed through security, AI adoption and industry collaboration. Professor Dennis-Kenji Kipker outlined four essential layers of enterprise AI security. AVIXA said transparency, human control and measurable value were essential to reliable AI adoption. The Trust Forward panel said trust must be built through secure design, reliable performance and responsible industry partnerships.

Yealink demonstrates its One-Stop portfolio

Yealink presented its One-Stop solution through One Coverage, which spans different workplace scenarios with AI-powered products, and One Experience, which brings design, management and service together.

Live demonstrations covered meeting rooms, professional audiovisual systems, SIP phones, headsets and voice solutions for public spaces. The demonstrations also included unified management functions and AI capabilities.

For users and workplace technology buyers, the event shows how Yealink is positioning AI as part of a broader workplace infrastructure strategy rather than as a single product feature. The company said it has recorded revenue compound annual growth of more than 19% over the past five years, four times the market average, strengthening its role in the sector.

Yealink describes itself as a global provider of video conferencing, voice and collaboration solutions, serving customers in more than 140 countries. Frost & Sullivan ranks the company among the world’s top three video conferencing providers and identifies it as the global leader in SIP telephony.
