- The company has deployed its solutions in more than 20 countries and regions.
A robot fleet for hotel operations
Yunji Technology is taking part in EquipHotel Paris 2026 from November 2 to 5, showcasing its systems at booth P7.3-R044. The Hong Kong-listed company specializes in commercial service robots and artificial intelligence-powered agents.
During the demonstrations, visitors can see how the robots work alongside hotels’ existing management systems. According to the company, the systems handle everyday tasks such as in-room deliveries, guiding guests and duties related to building operations.
Yunji says its robots do not operate as independent machines. Instead, they form an interconnected network designed to maintain continuous operation even during busy periods. This allows them to take over tasks from hotel staff, such as delivering guest amenities and moving linens.
GORA C40 combines multiple cleaning tasks
One of the exhibition’s new products is the GORA C40, which Yunji offers for cleaning hotel common areas. According to the company, the robot combines scrubbing, sweeping, dusting and vacuuming in a single device.
The integrated design can reduce the time required for equipment maintenance and staff training, according to the company. The C40 can also move autonomously between floors because it works with the hotel’s elevators. This means the robot does not have to wait to be manually moved to each floor.
Yunji has already deployed the solution in several countries and regions. The company says it works with international hotel groups in more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.
The company seeks input from European hotels
Yunji says European hotels are facing persistent labor shortages while needing to maintain consistent guest service across multiple sites. By automating repetitive tasks, robotic systems can give staff more time to focus on guest-facing work.
The systems also generate operational data. According to the company, this can help hotel managers identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
“Our primary goal at EquipHotel Paris is to listen to European hotel professionals,” said Jake Ma, marketing director at Yunji Technology. He added that the company aims to offer systems that can be deployed across multiple sites and address the industry’s current labor and efficiency challenges by demonstrating its AI-powered fleet and updated cleaning solutions in operation.
Yunji is inviting hotel groups, facility managers and partners to booth P7.3-R044, where they can see the systems in operation and discuss potential partnerships.
